It is not just The Judiciary and Pervez Musharraf, we have other things too...

Hatred driven actions are not in national interests!
Mr. Nawaz Sharif, you used to be such a nice guy. so soft spoken, so suave and articulate politically so savvy and ever so shrewd and smart. What has gone wrong with you Sir? Your every appearance smacks of hatred and vengeance. Why? You are not doing any good to yourself. You are loosing your calm and your cool thinking man you were quite known for once.

Things happen. No body does them. As they say mistakes happen, you don't make them. You did good things but you made some mistakes too. You are human after all. Unfortunately you paid much more for the mistakes you made than it warranted. But it happens. It is OK. Relax. You can do little with the past. If you forget the past for a while and pass the Musharraf era that kept you out for some golden years you will better be able to focus in the present for the future. You are made of far greater stuff than you are displaying at the moment.

For the time being you want nothing except revenge. That will lead you no where. Look at the new ground realities you will find opportunities there in. God has given you a lot. What you need to do now is to make a mark in history. Etch your name in Gold. Forget and forgive. I know it is difficult. But Allah says "make forgiving your habit". So who are we not to listen to Allah and The Rasool?

You did make a little mark in history with the long march and the restoration of judiciary. Now for God's sake make a mark as a good opposition leader. Check the government for where all it is going wrong. Forget the friendly opposition policy. You must pursue a nation building policy that is without corruption and lawlessness. God will give you another opportunity if you forget and forgive that will helpf you to focus, think straight and help you make a come back.

But this time do it for the people of Pakistan not for yourself. Bring in land ceiling. Limit land in Pakistan to the maximum of 56 acres per head for rural land and if it is under canal limit it to no more than 14 acres per person. More people should have access to national resources than few. This will be the single most important decision for a 1,000 years. This will propel Pakistan into totally a new era of self employment and development.

Mr. Prime Minister, for God's sake move forward and do something!

Time to be positive and stop excuses...
Seeing Mr. Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani always talking of dictatorship and democracy seems so trite now ie; after over two months in power. Has he lost all imagination? The political leaders who were in self exile have been brought back. Free and fair elections held. Thanks to the boycott by a few parties the PPP and Muslim League (N) are in good numbers in National and Provincial Assemblies. One wonders if it isn't time to stop looking back and looking for scape goats and start addressing the burning issues?

Democracy is very much in place and the dictator, he so much loves to talk about, is no more active. The nation has been watching you all these days, you just don't seem to be doing any thing except blaming the past. Mr. Prime Minister we are sick and tired of listening to the same old excuses. Don't you think it is about time to act so that the future of our next generations is better? Probably you have forgotten what needs to be done.

I think the nation needs to remind you what you have been elected for. Also don't forget the Bibi's great sacrifice has enabled you to enjoy the trappings of power. Please treasure it and do something good so that you etch your name in history as a PM who has done something positive for the country not just enjoyed the trappings of power and amassed yet more wealth.

Keep watching this blog we will remind you of what needs to be done.
